Results announced on 25 September

The results for Red Dot Award: Design Concept 2015 will be presented this 25th September 2015 at the Red Dot Design Museum Singapore. Winners of this year’s Red Dot Award for Design Concept will fly in to Singapore for the awarding ceremony, and receive the award on stage from Red Dot initiator and CEO, Prof. Dr Peter Zec. 

The Red Dot Award for Design Concept started in 2005 as a platform to uncover the best and most advanced design concepts, has matured to be today’s largest and most prestigious international award for design concepts at a professional level. 

This year, the international panel of Red Dot jurors nominated an unprecedented five concepts among the Red Dot: Best of the Bests laureates for the Red Dot: Luminary – the highest distinction given at the Red Dot Award: Design Concept. The Red Dot: Luminary serves as an inspiration to aspire towards, and is selected among the groundbreaking designs reserved for only the best works in a category. The design competition received 4,680 entries from 61 countries competing in 31 categories.

The nominees are Boostrac by Hankook Tire;  FORTIS Human Powered Exoskeleton by ROBRADY design; OXYGENE by Dalian Nationalities University; Save3 by Aditi Singh & Parag Anand; and Here – lamp desk by Serge Atallah.

Winners of Red Dot Award: Design Concept 2015 as well as the Red Dot: Luminary winner will be announced during the awarding ceremony on 25 September 2015 at the Red Dot Design Museum Singapore.
