Solar Rucksack

Solar Rucksack draws on solar energy to keep people warm in cold conditions.

Solar Rucksack has been designed to help people maintain their bodily warmth in icy conditions – for example, climbers on mountain peaks, or people who trek or work in the polar regions. The backpack is fitted with solar panels that collect solar energy while it is worn. The solar energy is converted to thermal energy and distributed via a circular patch to the clothing.
