Cognitive Balloon

Danger usually comes without warning. Cognitive Balloon alerts lifeguards to swimmers who find themselves in trouble.

Just over seventy per cent of all beach fatalities each year are caused by carelessness and a lack of swimming skills. Many people are overly confident about their swimming skills and refrain from wearing safety gear. But danger can lurk without warning. Cognitive Balloon can help to capture the attention of lifeguards.

Cognitive Balloon consists of a discrete wristband from which a balloon can be released with the push of a button. Compressed helium gas fills the balloon, making it fill and rise quickly. Even at a crowded beach, a swimmer in danger would be easily identified.
