Imagine that it’s a rainy day and you arrive at a crowded café. Your umbrella is dripping. It takes you a while to find a seat. You sit down, but you have nowhere to put your wet umbrella. With no other choice available, you throw it on the dirty floor. While you enjoy your coffee, the weather clears up. After you’ve left the café, you realise that you forgot to pick up your umbrella.
Wet umbrellas can be very troublesome. Dirt sticks to them easily, and what’s more, it can be difficult to lean umbrellas against a wall. They’re easily left behind, particularly if they’re out of sight on the floor. Dangling Umbrella is one that would be difficult to forget. The handle slides apart so that the cap can be slipped over the edge of a table or bar. When the cap is opened, it lights up with the words “Don’t forget.” Silicon on the underside of the cap helps it grip the surface, and there is a strong spring inside the stem.
