Frizzy Light

Ecovolt is an adaptable lighting device that is mounted on the window in order to be charged by solar energy.

So that this solar-powered lighting device does not need to be transported outdoors for charging, it has been designed to attach to windows. After sunset, it runs on the energy it has stored during the day. Because it is made with flexible materials (and can thus be bent), Ecovolt can be placed in just about any position.

Ecovolt has three parts: a light panel at the front, a solar collector at the back, and adhesive silicon that connects the two. A remote control at the end of a long rope can be used to control the power button and the strength of the light, and to indicate the recharge status.

Ecovolt could be used in many different contexts. For example, if you are reading a book in bed, roll the Ecovolt and attach it to the wall; if you need concentrated lighting, roll Ecovolt more tightly and hang it overhead; to light a larger area, Ecovolt can be adhered to the ceiling or hung from a wall hook.
