Secret of Light reconsiders the typical actions associated with turning a light on and off, and applies a more emotional method that has a connection with nature. The operation of Secret of Light mimics the popular real-life action of blowing onto a dandelion flower. The individual light bulbs that form the shape of a dandelion flower light up when the user shakes the stem. They are turned off when the user blows onto them. Motion sensors detect the blowing action. Secret of Light offers a new product experience and questions our traditional understanding of lighting systems. |
