Refund

Refunds can only be made in the following circumstance, the participant registered for the red dot award: design concept in belief that he or she was registering for the red dot award: product design or red dot award: communication design.

Requests for refunds must be made 10 working days from the date of registration, or before the close of competition (red dot award: design concept), whichever date is earlier. Bank charges to effect the refund will be paid by the participant.
