Important points for delivery and collection
Products sent to us from countries outside the Singapore should be cleared for customs and shipped by regular freight forwarder or courier. Your local customs and excise authority will provide more detailed information.

For technical reasons, wall-mounting arrangements for prototypes or models are not possible in the competition facilities.

Competition entrants must bear responsibility for proper delivery of their products to the premises of the red dot Singapore. Any necessary equipment for proper delivery (forklift trucks, ramps etc.) must be provided by the entrant. Please notify your freight forwarder or supplier of this, as any extra costs involved in delivery must be borne by the entrant.

Collection of products:

Weekdays from 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m., from 6 August 2007 to 31 August 2006.

The submitted prototypes or models must be collected after the adjudication during the specified collection period. Should the products not be collected, the organiser will arrange storage at cost. The entrant will be charged USD20 per product per day.

Storage will be arranged at the risk and the expense of the entrant.
